Dear Sir / Madam, As per your requirement, I am sending you the quotation for the bird net installation. We will be using a 35x35 mm net from *Garware, and it will be installed using a frame made of **2 mm stainless steel wire*. The quotation includes both *material and labor* costs. Please note that arrangements for *labour accommodation, *, as well as *height access for the work*, will be under your scope. Additionally, as some work needs to be done *outside the plant for closing vertical entries, you will need to arrange a **basket-crane or boom lift* for that purpose. Notes

1. 3 3-year Warranty (only for net) will remain effective from the date of commencement of work. 2. During or after installation, there would be a possibility of a few Birds getting trapped/blocked inside the bird netting frame. We would only take responsibility for removing the birds after they die. It's practically impossible to remove the birds while they are alive. If the customer insists on removing the Birds alive, it would be charged extra at actuals. 3. Product may be affected/damaged by other trades/agencies - viz., painting, window cleaning, gardening or maintenance people, etc., or affected/damaged by different pests like rodents, squirrels, etc. The same needs to be corrected at an additional cost. 4. Heena Pest Control Services is in no way responsible for any direct/indirect losses and/or damages caused by the birds and the consequences of the products supplied. 5. Ladders, etc., to access the height shall be provided by you free of charge. 6. Lodging, Boarding & Local conveyance would be in the buyer's scope.
